iSpring F4-CUA4 Replacement Pack for 4-Stage Ultra Filtration System is the only one I use for my system. Over the years we have tried various under the counter systems for our drinking water, and like the iSpring the best so far. Relatively speaking, the cartridges are easy to replace, just twist to release and install. You do need to put something under them to contain the drips on removal, but it is simple and quick. Great tasting water, and I like the inclusion of a membrane filter as I believe it lengthens the life of the charcol filter. My son and his wife have a reverse osmosis system but he still likes to fill his gigantic mug with ous when he brings the granddaughters over for a visit. Prices on Amazon are good, shipping is fast and free, so we are happy with out purchase.

This is my third time purchasing the iSpring F7-CUA4 Replacement Filter Set, and I can confidently say it offers excellent value for any household. I've compared it with other brands and local water purification systems, and this filter set strikes a fantastic balance between ease of replacement, filtration effectiveness, and cost-efficiency. I primarily use water filtered by this set for cooking. For direct drinking, however, I've noticed that its ability to filter out scale diminishes after about six months of use, largely due to the high mineral content in the water where I live. Despite this, for everyday cooking purposes, this filter set is absolutely worth buying. It consistently provides clean, great-tasting water for all my culinary needs. Highly recommended for its practicality and affordability!

These filters do a good job of removing harmful contaminants like lead or arsenic. They also remove pesticides. A lot of people are confused about "total dissolved solids" or TDS. TDS primarily measures Inorganic salts (calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, bicarbonates, chlorides, sulfates). You can remove the toxic metals in the water without affecting TDS, and good drinking water will have TDS in the 50-400 range. People who think TDS should be zero or reduced substantially by these filters are incorrect. If you need to remove TDS to make your water safe to drink, you need to get a different system.

We had this filter system in our old home (hard well water) and installed a new one in the new home we recently moved into. It is just on the refrigerator drinking water & icemaker. But it makes a huge difference in the taste and quality of the water we drink.

I haven't had our water tested, so I can't verify what pollutants these filters remove from the water. However, there is a noticeable difference in taste after I change the filters. I have synesthesia, so this description might seem weird to you, but before changing the filters, the water has a jagged, acrid quality, and afterwards, it tastes smooth and soft. I change the filters every 6 months and let the faucet run for 10 minutes upon installation until the water runs clear.

As a biological scientist using cell culture, water was a major concern. This four tier system is perfect for my NYC apartment in a building with a settling tank. Particle, activated carbon, and sub-micron biofiltration are adequate for my needs. This might be different in an area with lots of organics or minerals. It's worth looking into the system you get. I used an identical system for municipal water in Canada, which is reclaimed and chlorinated and has a lot of organics in it. It worked fine for a year, but I didn't set it up the second year. I got this one because I thought it was the best choice.

We owned this system for 2 years now and it seem to do all it needs and we are on city/ village water . We change them every 6 months . I have auto immune and works better then bottle water.. Which is not so great ..

Replacement. Although this product was stated as used, It appeared to be new, and seems to be working properly. It just was not in it's original packaging. Thank you.

It’s easy to install. It was out of stock for a period of time. It’s great to get it from Amazon and free shipping too. Been using this brand for over two years. Water does taste a little sweeter after filtering. Love it.
