Just got this today, and haven't seen any signs of leaking or anything of that nature. Now, I read the directions, and know that this device has a max fill line that really should not be surpassed, and wonder if that's something these other reviewers failed to take note of? Some of these diffusers, since they don't use heat, use motion of the water to make the water diffuse, which if the pod is overfilled, will of course cause it to spill and leak out. I didn't add any oil today, as I was really just using it to add some moisture to an otherwise dry office. It was lovely to hear and the lights were very pleasant! It's a bit smaller than I thought, but I love that it makes it easier to place.

I have had this diffuser for 3 years now and having been running it every day. It runs for about 3 hours at a time. I am actually purchasing two more for gifts. Absolutely love this little diffuser. Perfect for small rooms, office space, or night stand. It is also very easy to clean. I just use paper towel to wipe out the inside after each use. Deneve also has exceptional customer service. I had purchase the Deneve Rock diffuser about a year ago and had only used it about 3 x and it stopper diffusing. I emailed customer service and in less than 12 hours I received an email back and within 5 days had a replacement diffuser free of charge. Excellent product and excellent service.

So I am now on my second TheraB diffuser ( the first one was a lemon, it kept shutting off prematurely), and Im honestly still not 100% satisfied with this one. My second unit now seems to produce a puddle of water on the dresser it is sitting on sporatically (despite ensuring I did not overfill the unit). It produced a large enough puddle yesterday ( which I didnt notice until hours later ) that it actually warped and ruined the top of our dresser. I now have it sitting on top of a rimmed plate to hopefully prevent any further damage. Im puzzled because no one seems to mention these issues in their reviews. I have a different brand of diffuser in my bedroom that has yet to have any issues ( I bought both less than a month ago ). I am hesitant to replace this one because I like that it only runs for about 2.5 hours since it is in my daughter's room. Also, it is visually very pretty. The company gets an A+ for customer service though; when I contacted them via their customer service email they got back to me within 2 hours to troubleshoot my unit with me. *****Update 2.12.2016***** While disconnecting the power cord to clean and refill the diffuser this evening, I discovered quite a but of water leaking out of some little openings that are right next to the power supply input. Im not sure what they do but Im pretty sure water shouldnt be coming out of there. I will be returning this unit.

I was about to leave a negative review but discovered what went wrong. It worked perfect for four days and on the fifth day it just stopped working properly. It would run for like a minute and then shut off. I then remembered that I have not cleaned it since I bought it. I got a towel and gently cleaned inside of it. Works perfectly now. I do have three other oil diffusers. My other ones never stop working for cleaning maintenance. This diffuser would be perfect if it had different size options, and if it had an intermittent option. I do love the look of it! I am taking one star off for having to clean it after only four days. I'm considering replacing my other diffusers with this one, even with needing to clean it so often. The diffuser is just so cool!!!

Great product! I love how it uses regular tap water. The scent (I added 4 to 6 drops of essential oil) lasts over 4 hours. This diffuser turns off automatically when the water gets to a certain level - it doesn't get bone dry, there's still 1/16" of water left in the reservoir. I love the colors! They transition in Rainbow order very softly and fluidly. A great choice!! I use it in a room that is 11'x14' and the scent permeates the entire room.

Love the design of this diffuser and its colors. Price was right, until I used it. It's ability to emit oils for as long as it will stay on falls short. dōTerra's diffuser line emits oils strongly and is the only other brand I have experience with. I can smell the Deneve diffuser strongly for about an hour, thereafter it seems it's just putting diffused water in the air. Leaving the room for an extended period of time and re-entering confirms this brands difficulty to do its job for an extended period of time. It's the same result with 3 drops of oil or 10 drops. Beautiful diffuser, but not sufficient. I have the river rock too. Again, love the look, but it has the same issue of emitting diffused water after about an hour.

I am just starting to use essential oils and I wanted to try a diffuser, in looking at all of them on line I chose this one and have used it almost daily to see if the amount of steam coming out stays true, and Yes it does. It shuts off just as promised when the water is at the low level and I love the fact that I don't have to have the fun colors changing if I don't want, but can still have my diffuser going. I am going ot order another one for the house soon. Love it!

This thing is amazing. I almost never write reviews but felt it was necessary, as I come back to order more (one for every room of the house). It did leak maybe two different times, so I keep it on a hard surface or coaster. It does an amazing job at diffusing and I've had mine for many months now. I've dropped it, and packed it twice to move- still works perfectly. $20 well spent.
