I was looking at getting resistance bands to help with my workout and went to a sporting good store to purchase them. The price was way more than I wanted to spend. I found these on amazon for a fraction of the cost. They are a very nice set of resistance bands. I like that they came in a bag so they can be stored easily. They are on the thin side, and the length is perfect for my workouts. I did not notice any type of smell. They work well and can easily be rolled and put back up. Very pleased overall. For the price they are perfect!

Perfect set of resistance bands, complete with an exercise guide for a full body workout. Exactly what I was looking for to work out from home and take with me to use when I head to stay with my elderly mom of awhile. Gerat value for the price.

I do this for lower body exercises and it does the job fine. I do clamshells and leg stretches etc using the band. The bands are elastic and have withstood the repetitive force well. They are cheap and they do not smell. Also color coding makes it easier to pick the one I need. These are all good. However, except for the black one (the maximum strength one), I did not get any value at all. I either use the black one or do not use at all. The lower levels are literally too weak to generate any resistance. Unless you are recovering from an injury or it is for a child, there is really no point having the others. This is all I can say.

Great to have multiple bands of different thickness in a small pouch that can go anywhere. Working fine so far.

These are perfect for me to do my physical therapy exercises at home. They're very smooth and not sticky. They don't bunch up around my ankles. They weren't expensive which I appreciated. Each band has a permanent label, so I don't have to keep track of which is light or heavy resistance.

Bands work well and the company reached out several times to ensure I was satisfied with the quality and strength that each band gives.

They are very practical to take along travelling because they are very lightweight and take up little space in your luggage. I used them in a hotel room in Lima Peru when it wasn't practical to go to a gym. The strength workout, while not really competitive with what you could do in a well equiped gym, was a lot better than doing nothing and made travelling a little more comfortable. They are very light and take up little space. I'll use them again.

The bands are stuck together. You cannot separate them. Completely defective. I returned mine.
