Jam with bits of fruit in it
This a great strawberry jam based on its price and it has pieces of the fruit embedded in the it which may require a discerning eater. I personally loved it. The texture is good with high sugar content ensuring its longevity and fresh ingredients can be assessed by the fruity bits of strawberry. It's spreadability is a bit lesser than normal jams more like orange marmalade with the fruity bits which are large and have to be used whole. Rest is great and for a jam there is no issue in the ease of preparation while spreading it on bread, toast, parathas, pancakes, etc. Enjoy
