Clear, functional and perfect size
I’m very happy with this yoga poses poster. The size is ideal – big enough to see clearly from a distance but not too large for the wall. The poses are very well organized into sections (standing, seated, back mobility, abs, hip openers, and stretches), which makes it easy to follow. Even though there are no written explanations, the illustrations are clear enough to understand without any problem. The material is glossy and laminated, which makes it durable and resistant over time. After a while it does start to show a little discoloration, but overall it still looks great and remains very functional. I’m really satisfied with this purchase – both beautiful and useful. Highly recommended!

Print on back and front
Lots of yoga moves on back and front. Comes rolled, need to put books on top to flatten out. I brought some magnetic stripes to hang on my wall.

This yoga chart is great you have yoga positions you can do at home. Fast delivery.

Very good reference chart
Very good and useful if you stick it to the wall or back of door where you do yoga. Obviously this is a basic selection of yoga moves as there are hundreds but this is certainly the best reference chart for home use. Will need flattening with books for a day or two before hanging as it comes rolled up in a tube. Invaluable aid especially during lockdowns!

It’s a nice touch that it’s both landscape and portrait depending which side you use. It comes tightly rolled up, which takes quite some time to flatten out.
