Great replacement for dead OEM board.uses batteries.Could use a number side key

Absolutely LOVE This Keyboard, ( make sure the batteries you put in are full when your connecting, or else it will not connect ) I am writing this review with this keyboard, it is just plain beautiful. It is extremely easy to connect as long as the batteries are full, and the keyboard is great to type on. I am not sure about battery since ive only used it for about 2 hours, but I will say connection is absolutely perfect, while the battery is above 40%. I have no complaints thus far. IF it does not recognized when you try to connect it, I garantee you is is probably either dead batteries, or settings. I just took some batteries laying in my drawer, and it turned out they were dead, that happened to happen after i spent 2 and a half hours trying to fix it. Check the simple stuff first, THEN move on to looking the internet.Pros:MinimalisticSmallEasy to useEasy to setupBeautifulDurable (Aluminium, I Believe, if not a different metal.)Cons:, I honestly have none.

Works perfect

The keyboard worked when it arrived with the exception of the E key which often required a firmer key press to work. I assumed this was a mechanical failure, removed the key cover and applied a small amount of mineral oil to the scissor mechanism (I'd encountered that kind of problem before). This worked to get the key to function as expected and I assumed that was the end of it.Within a 10 days the R and T keys started to become more and more unresponsive which was the first sign that the issue with the E wasn't just a mechanical problem. I eventually switched to working directly on my Macbook rather than docking it.Today I attempted to pair the keyboard with my Macbook and far more keys are either difficult to activate or simply unresponsive. There's little point in returning the keyboard as I'm certain the attempt to use mineral oil (and I cannot stress enough what a tiny amount I used) might mean they wouldn't honor a refund request.Beware. I know the new magic keyboards are absolutely horrible but a refurb seems to be a real dice roll.

The keyboard is neat with good quality, and compact with my air Mac laptop very well

The first keyboard I received had two malfunctioning keys, likely due to delivery. I contacted the seller, and they were kind enough to personally deliver a replacement. It works perfectly well for a refurbished keyboard. I highly recommend it.
