Painted walls, unless perfectly smooth will distort and blue the image. **Q: I want to hang in my unfinished garage. Will it show wood behind screen** A: Sometimes my eyes focus and I can see the outline of bricks behind me screen. It's not bad and my protector is cheep 300 lumen. The crock wall is grey and it's mortar is white in my basement **Q: A reviewer reported the 85" version had total of only six grommets and not sixteen grommets per product's pic. why? ash d's reply was no help.** A: The one I just got only has six. One in each corner, one in top middle and bottom middle. The bigger screen you get the more grommets it has. Some of the pictures are for the larger size screens. **Q: Would this screen be any good for an outdoor cinema?** A: This screen would be suitable for outside use but would not recommend leaving out in adverse weather conditions. Slightly stretchy so you can stretch the wrinkles out easily. It’s bright white. Easy to hang. We used screws instead of the supplied hooks.Cons: As you can see from my picture we had only one wall available, unfortunately that wall has a window with a grey curtain. It shows through when off and slightly shows when on. This could be an issue for someone with darker colored walls, which is why I’m showing that. We plan to place a white plastic tarp behind the screen.Overall I think the screen is perfect.
