I need some advice on how you suggest cleaning it, as I've read conflicting information.

I think the best way for me has been to get a sanitising spray. After use i spray the derma roller, wipe of any extra sanitising spray that may have gotten on the handle, and let it dry then package it back up. You can buy a sanitising spray from Amazon. If this isn’t for you there are other methods like cleaning alcohol or soap and water.

Why can't this be used daily?

You need to give sometime to see the results. On the box it says you can use 1-2 times per week. So just do as it says. Daily usage might damage the new roots.

I dont have beard on my cheek so its gonna help me to grow up or its just for who already have a beard?

there is a good chance that it will increase blood flow to the surface of the skin in that area and help with growth yes. Try taking biotin every night too. It helps massively with hair health and strength.
