Very simply, it worked as designed and fit just like the original.

this fit perfectly on my low boy true freezer. it was quite difficult to get the original piece off, but once we did... it only took less the 10 minutes to install. the product doesnt come with any instructions, but u just work backwards from what u have, and u can also just open the other door to compare the 2. I love the price considering the "true" true part was more then 4xs the price of this part!!! it arrived with prime in 2 days and we r very happy with the results. I hope this was helpful.

did not rec. pivot washer or hing mounting screws as pictured. Really needed that pivot washer.

Product was perfect match for our restaurant 2door True cold prep. Watch installation video on YouTube as this cold prep has a design flaw which makes replacing door hinge an somewhat advanced process. Needs 2 people to accomplish and one not afraid of torch to loosen internal foam; but, what a savings and perfect fit. LOVE THE PRODUCT!!
