These bands are just what my physical therapist uses. I bought my own so I could continue my exercises at home. They are well made. The width is perfect so they don't hurt like latex bands do. I am so glad I ordered them. They have good stretch and fell like they will last a long time. Each band has different resistance. They can with a sheet of suggested exercises. There is no odor and they come with a mesh bag.

Love these. Way better than other bands I’ve tried. Took my workout up a notch. They are tight, I use the lightest one and I’m used to using the heaviest when using other style bands. I like the material and the colors. Best part is they don’t slip!
