Got a dud. Wired unit, but won't even turn on when plugged in
Update (5 star):- I got the replacement the next day after I applied for a replacement and had the original defective unit replaced during the delivery of the replacement. I've been playing with the replacement for the past 2 weeks and it works really well. I have no complaints. Original Review (1 star):- I got the wired unit because being a third party controller means that the wireless is not gonna be as reliable and it's got higher scope for failure. But even this wired unit is a dud. I plugged it in and it didn't light up. I saw the reset hole in the back so I took a SIM ejector tool and tried to reset it and then it turns on. Then immediately turns off after half a minute. I had to try it with a reset every time it turned off. And it kept turning off, sometimes at crucial junctures where I lost control of the game. Terrible QA. Thankfully this was dead on arrival, so I can still get a replacement unit. I've ordered my replacement. Let's see how that is. I've given it 2 stars instead of 1 because while it doesn't work, I believe it should be fine if it actually works, I'm happy with the build quality and the buttons etc. I'll update the review after checking out the replacement unit.

Good controller, Bad after sale service
Changing my review after recent incident!! So my controller wont charge anymore and i decided to give my controller for replacement! the customer rep showed me that there's a small crack on the charging port which is causing the charging issue! I checked it thoroughly a small crack like that wont cause a charging issue! and why make such cheap product which gets cracked by normal use?? in my entire life no product got damaged in charging port ! you gotta have some real cheap parts to get damaged there To all those planning to buy this one! please dont! go for redgear! my friend has it and works flawless! these people will always find a way to reject your replacement request! even a small scratch on surface will come under external damage as said by customer rep. Original review: i didnt plan to review it early but since it doesnt have reviews ill write for 1st time buyer from this brand. Design : 5/5 Connection: 3/5 (your receiver needs to be direct facing the controller to get non interrupted connection) Grip: 5/5 build quality : 4.5/5 Vibration: 4/5 Comfort: 4/5 (1st time using xbox style controller) one of the reason why i didnt go for redgear (which is more known than this brand) is because this company is located 5 km away from my home so i can directly drop the controller to them if it stops working

Great quality and feel, very frustrating
The buttons, general feel, all is good, the plastic mould quality isn't the best but it's decent, you can feel certain parts of the plastic shell popping out, the WORST PART about this is the constant disconnect issue, also, the dongle is very small, if you intend to use it on a console like a ps3, there's a 50% chance you will break the dongle. The cheap crappy dongle disconnects every 5 seconds, and there's no way to reset it, you have to pray for it to connect again, there is no bluetooth or wired capability, good feeling product but inherently flawed

Value for money!
The experience is really great!! I will just share the things i like in this controller : 1. Looks like an xbox controller and in-hand feel is really good and comfortable. The x-input and d-input is good feature for support in almost every game. And it's just plug and play. 2. It's Pressure sensitive triggers are very useful in racing and driving games. 3. The build quality is good. It doesn't feel cheap. No complaints in that from my side. The rubber grips are useful too. 4. The buttons are good and tactile, good quality. And the wire is long enough for comfortable playing session. 5. The vibrations are really good for this price. It has good rumble effect and a bit strong compared to other controllers like redgear and all(others have a bit smooth rumble effects). But what do you expect more from a controller which you're getting under Rs. 800. Overall it's worth the money. I would suggest that if anyone getting this in 700-800. Just go for it. You won't regret. It's a really good and underrated controller in market. I saw many people writing that it's bad and they're getting defective controllers. The company should see in this issue because sometimes the delivery partners doesn't care about the package and that's why it get damaged and some problem is from company side as many things doesn't work and do all. If you get any defective controller just apply for replacement and your problem will be solved. Suggestion : Don't go for the wireless one as it will cause issues like battery and connectivity in long term. And i think wireless is just an extra thing as you will not sit 10 meters away from your screen until you're playing in a theatre. Lastly, i really liked the controller. The price you're paying for this worth it. So ya it's a good controller under 1k with good features. I'll update here if i get any issue in my controller.

Using this for past 3 years
I am using the wireless controller by Claw for past 3 years. Got it for ₹1,379 in 2020 and looks like the price hasn't increased or decreased since then. Initially, they sent the controller without the USB dongle, but replaced the controller. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase because the inbuilt battery has kept up good for past 3 years. 1 charge used to get me 12-14 hours of gaming, but now it has decreased slightly to 10-12 hours. The build quality is excellent, the buttons are responsive and considering the controller size - it is a very good option for people with bigger palm like me. On the other hand, the controller is very light, however, the range is not so good. If you go few meters away, it will work but you will notice strange latency issues, or recurring disconnects. This is the only downside of this product.

Controller is great but warranty service is not
The Controller itself is very good. The gaming experience is great but mine stopped working after 3 months. When I wanted to get it repaired in warranty they are saying to ship it myself which costs around 300 rupees which is too much if for a product of price 1000.
