It’s not moving, does it only move in the water

Is it safe to put it in the lake?

Hi, yes of course, you can put it in the lakes, pools, ponds, etc!

We received the product. Tried charging both batteries, but it does not turn on. How do we get it replaced?

The shark doesn't turn on until it's wet. There is a water sensor that prevents the motors from turning when dry, which is very confusing when testing it out. Run some water over its belly and then try operating the remote.

Does it come with a charger? And do need to buy the adapter cables?
