My diffuser has stopped working after a few months. I've tried cleaning with alcohol.** A: Hello there- this device can clog up every now and then but there is an easy solution to that. When I see that there is no mist coming out I first check to see if there is still some oil left in the little bottle inside. To do this just push the bottle from the bottom up until the E.O. Bottle pops up. Pull it up, detach the oil bottle from the top by turning it counter clockwise. Pour undiluted rubbing alcohol into a small conditioner (preferably glass so it’ll not be saturated with the smell of the oil). Drop the little pump with the mirrored top into the UNDILUTED 70% rubbing alcohol but make sure it is fully submerged and entirely covered by the alcohol. Leave the pump soaking in the alcohol for about ten minutes before removing it. Wipe dry with paper towel or a clean cloth. Now it’s ready to be reassembled- be sure there is enough essential oil in the glass oil bottle before securing the pump onto the oil bottle, pop it back in place by lining up the two small arrows on top, and give it a good but gentle push. Once turned back on it should put out a nice thick mist of the essential oil. I like to use 0.33oz. Gya or O’Linear EOs; those bottles fit perfectly just be sure to cut off the plastic ring from the bottle’s neck. I’ve done this a few times and so far my little device is working just fine with no other issues since I bought it almost a year ago. There are two reasons for that. One, carrier oils are not nearly as volatile as most essential oils and may clog your diffuser. Secondly, carrier oils are would not just evaporate when they are dispersed as mist, they will form droplets, fall down on the table or floor, and will carry your essential oils with you. It is very easy to operate and cleaning it is a breeze (just add alcohol and let it diffuse and then wipe it off with a cloth). What makes this product great is that it is very small that it will fit in to most car cupholders. Plus, the diffuser can be used on your room to make it smell great. The battery life is decent enough that it should last at least 3 days (low level mode) before charging it again. Edit: After 2 months of using the product, the spray nozzle won't pull out from the diffuser body. I have to use a ball pen and the ground to forcefully open the nozzle. By the time you pull out the nozzle and replace the essential oils, it won't go back in the diffuser body. The diffuser still works, but without the spray nozzle back in the body, it is useless to me. The worst part is that whenever I tried contacting them using the email they provided, they ignored it. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks now and no response from them. I tried contacting them using Amazon, but still no response. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I have been to many failed products in Amazon, but at least all of them respond when I try contacting them. This is the first time that a seller won't answer at all. DO NOT TRUST THIS PRODUCT!!!
