Do these safety pins come in a factory-sealed container? or is it an open container?

II long ago disposed of the container, I believe it waqs factory snap close container as pins were serparated in small compartents. When container snapped open pibs wet flying and mixing together Forgive typos IO I have vision problems, I( assume you have more of these pins and can observe how they are packed.
