These glasses are great! Good looking, heavy, and hold a good sized drink. Perfect for those craft ice cocktails or those heavy, three-finger bourbon pours. My shipment arrived promptly and packed well, but there was a minor imperfection on the bottom of one of the glasses (two hairline cracks and some bubbling). I reached out to the seller and they immediately responded and let me know that they would be sending a replacement. Less than three days later, I had my replacement glass in hand and they’re beautiful! Excellent quality and customer service. Would buy again! Video in my review shows the very minor issue with one of the glasses, but don't let this scare you off! Very good value for the price point!

These glasses are the bomb!!!! 12 oz is the best size, the are solid and heavy with a great little dimple in the middle. We will definitely being getting another set or 2 or 3

High quality, understated yet elegant glasses.

Product quality is the only reason these are not getting 5-stars. All have some bubbles in the base...not sure if that leads to the breakage some have experienced but so far no breakage for me. (I only hand wash these and have not put them into the dishwasher). Had one minor concern that was quickly addressed by the vendor (JBHO) quickly and without question. So I will give the customer service a full 5 stars. Overall very nice for the price, but don't expect super fine crystal (which would cost several times more). Fit a need for me for sure and met my expectations.

*note, these are not, I repeat not, top rack dishwasher safe. The first one that cracked it found strange but thought maybe i hit it on something. Two weeks later I found the second one cracked in the same manner and realized it was the dishwasher doing the damage 💔 This is not a flaw on the maker, I blame myself for not hand washing. I have loved these glasses over the past year. They were the perfect weight and size for my Old Fashioned drinks with a single large ice cube. Will begin my search for a new set and be careful to avoid the dishwasher.

This is not what you expect when you order crystal. This is like glassware. Bought these as gifts for 2 people this Christmas, was so disappointed. I did not gift it to one of them, and I told the other that I wanted to buy something of much better quality, so they gave it back to me and I am returning it. So hard to buy quality crystal on line unless it is a pattern and brand you have bought before and know what you are getting. This is where in person shopping is so important.
