Cold sore remedy!!
Great supplement that stops cold sores on my nose from starting, or if I forgot to take it for a while and I notice one starting, it cuts the time I have it WAY down and lessens the severity. Highly recommend!

Good immune boost
I use this at a dose of 3x a day (3 pills each time) whenever I start to feel any sickness or cold coming on. Anytime I need an immune system boost. The smell and taste isn’t overly garlicky or strong, but the pills are large in size if that’s a potential issue. Recommend not eating on an empty stomach, so eating with food or after is better imo.

Keeping us healthy- good ingredients & easy to swallow. I had cold sores that painfully lingered for two weeks. Once i started, felt lesser pain in 24hrs after taking then disappeared 3-4th day. Has not returned, since i started taking as part of my daily supplements. My family’s joined me in taking L-lysine defense and it helps them as well.

Tablets are on the large side
Love the Bronson line of Vitamins. I have been buying the Lysine for years now. Good value no taste. Wish the tablets were smaller though. I would say this is a quality band of vitamins. Will continue to buy.

GAMECHANGER!
THESE HAVE BEEN A GAMECHANGER for my cold sores. I have been dealing with them for as long as I can remember. Supplementing with these and then kicking up my dosage anytime I’m sick or overly stressed/tired has been a game changer for me. I recently got the flu which would have been guaranteed for a gross cold sore to pop up. Upped my dosage and it never got passed the dreaded “tingle”. I also applied the lysine lip treatment. Such a relief!
