dis phone is straight , it came in good packaging and the phone was wrapped up so it ain’t break and it came with a charger and plug i ordered this for my friend cs she broke her phone and i got the cheepest one and it came in great condition it dont break easily it got good durability too she said its small and perfect for her use

Very happy with the quality, condition and pricing of this phone. I bought it to replace my iPhone 8 because it was unable to handle the latest iOS updates that some of apps were requiring me to have.

I am so happy with this phone! I was about to buy from another well known site that sells used phones when I discovered that amazon sells refurbished ones and that are fully operational, checked for quality, have a 90 day warranty AND are unlocked!. My 11 yr old daughter had an iphone SE since she was 7 and took good care of it till it accidentally slipped from her hand onto concrete. Even though she was very responsible with it for a long time, I still dont see the sense in getting a brand new phone and spending hundreds of dollars on it for a kid. Even adults have accidents with their phones sometimes and I think the chances are higher with a kid. So when I discovered this option I was overjoyed. It does everything she wants to do - call, text, go on the internet, download apps and games and hers has 5G (careful because I think amazon also sells a 2G one, so I made sure to get this one that says 5G). And this way, if she has a horrible accident with it, Im not out hundreds of dollars. The one she got looks almost new, only a very light scratch on the back which is covered with a case anyway. All we had to do was take her sim card out if her old phone and put it in the new phone and then it asked if we had a nearby apple device we’d like to sync it with (in this case, her tablet) and it walked us through that process. It really couldn’t have been easier! The phone even came with a little tool for getting the sim card out! And a generic brand charger to charge the phone with. I am SO happy with this purchase! Thank you Amazon for having these available at an affordable price!! Affordable options like this are why I keep shopping with Amazon! Oh and the battery health was pretty good, better than my current phone! Maximum charging capacity 91%. For a refurbished phone that is excellent

Phone camr with a working charger. It was in pristine condition as far as no scratches. I took a star off since Apple did a diagnostic text and the battery life came back in the red--highly recommended a new battery. This will cost $75. So far it's held a charge, but I have yet to switch my sim, so who knows how it will hold up under daily usage. Overall it seems to work well. I like the size and that's the only reason I got this instead of a 40 Wal-Mart phone

Really don’t wanna give it a star at all but I got this for my son for Christmas and first glance it looked like it’s was in good condition it was a Christmas present so I didn’t dig into it I just made sure it worked added his iCloud and wrapped it up. Come Christmas he opens it and it works fine now all of a sudden it’s a weird noise coming from the phone when u shake it the screen looks like it wasn’t properly put in or something and the volume and power button just stopped working. He hasn’t dropped it gotten it wet or anything so I’m not understand what’s going on. I called Amazon and they’re telling me to give them 48hrs to call me back……I think I just need to stop shopping on Amazon this is the 4th thing I ordered and was damaged,parts missing,wrong size on clothes it’s just a lot

Seems good, with no prominent scratches, clean. Battery health is ok but less than 100% (can be later replaced at Apple for a reasonable fee). Overall, I would recommend the phone and the seller I bought from (The Cellular Resource). This is my second time buying a refurbished iPhone from Amazon. The first one was the iPhone 6s which was also great, but the battery went bad in a couple of years, I replaced the battery at Apple for ~$50 and it still works fine. The quality of Amazon refurbished is pretty good IMO. The screen and the battery are probably aftermarkets (not sure, can be original). But it looks brand new and works as expected.

I am totally impressed with the quality of this phone, and the condition in which it arrived. I wanted a second phone for when I travel overseas and I can pop a SIM card into it, this is perfect. It is in like new condition, with 92% battery health remaining on it. I ordered a second one for my wife also, and that was also in excellent condition.

Very satisfied with purchase. It came in a scary, off-brand box and the accessories aren't the original Apple ones, but the phone itself is perfect. Battery seems new, the screen is pristine and there's not a single scuff mark or scratch anywhere on the rest of the phone. Charger and cable seem to work fine. Very clean. Packaging could stand to be a little better; phone was loose in the box it came in, likely because the same box is used for many different refurb phones and this one is on the smaller side. It suffered no damage in transit, but your mileage may vary greatly there.

Como pueden apreciar en las imágenes, el iPhone está prácticamente nuevo, muy leves raspones en la parte trasera pero no se notan a simple vista y con el case que le compré, menos. - Ninguna pieza ha sido cambiada. Todas sus piezas son originales y en el examen que le hice, salió con un 100 (en las ultimas 2 imágenes pueden ver los resultados) - La vida de la batería estaba en 96% cuando me llegó y tenía menos de 150 cargas. - La duración de la batería me agradó mucho. Tengo un promedio de uso diario de más de 6 horas (según Tiempo en Pantalla) y al final del día todavía me queda más de 25%. Aclaro que no lo uso para juegos, pero si lo uso mucho para ver videos y para leer. - Venía con una mica de cristal ya instalada. - Tenía protección y Garantía (Apple Care) por 4 meses. Termina a finales de Julio. - Envío super rápido y muy bien cubierto para protegerlo durante su envío. CONs: Por ahora solo una: - El cargador y el cubo que viene no me gusto para nada aunque está certificado. Pero es de entenderse, ya que no es un celular nuevo. No recomendaría que carguen su iPhone con ese cable, ya que dañan la batería más rápido. Honestly, I didn’t expect a renewed phone to look this good. My black iPhone SE came looking brand new — no scratches, super clean, and it works perfectly. The battery life is A+ , and it’s the perfect size phone for me! The phone arrived at my door less than 24 hours after ordering , was packaged well and they even included a charging cord and block ! Totally worth it for the price!

This iphone SE22, 2020, 2nd edition, is an excellent phone. My senior (88), male needs are simple and the unit sits lightly and comfortably in my pocket. Sadly the generic charging cable and block do not work. The battery came at 100% but it loses charge fairly quickly. It seems I cannot send a part of the order back for replacement. Instead I have invested $35 Cdn in a new, braided, lightning cable which works great. To the refurbishing firms, please install dependable parts. Andara
