I’m having issues with this stand holding up my iPhone 7 Plus. I have no case on the phone and have tightened all knobs as tight as possible?

Many of the reviews on this product listing are very old, and not representative of the newer version of the product that has been shipping in the past 18 months. This review is a good example. Your purchase was back in 2017. Many improvements have been introduced into the stand since your purchase. Based on your feedback, it's sagging at the point where the top arm assembly connects to the aluminum shaft/pole of the stand. The chrome ball adapter that connects these two components probably has a smooth finish on it. Newer versions have lines or ridges that allow the collar to grip tighter. If you purchased your stand previous to when a modification or past improvement was made, and you're experiencing a problem with it, we always provide a n/c replacement for the part that may be causing the problem.
