Praying Mantis Egg Case with Hatching Habitat Cup - 2 Praying Mantids Egg Cases & 1,500 Live Ladybugs

Had an amazing hatch rate with these but they hatched at sporadic times

Last year, these were great. This year, the lady bugs were dead and over a month later, I'm still waiting for the praying mantis to hatch. I suspect they are just as dead and the lady bugs. Such a shame.

I got the combination lady bugs and mantis egg sacs. The lady bugs arrived alive and healthy but the mantis egg sacs are rotten. I've hatched many mantis egg sacs over the years but these have not and will not hatch Update - One egg sac did hatch

We purchased this pack for two reasons. Partially it was for fun with our daughter, but the main reason was to help combat our Box Elder bug problem. Both of our eggs hatched within a few weeks of each other. Also, the lady bugs were a great addition to our garden. Not only did we benefit from less pests in our vegetable garden, we saw a dramatic drop in Box Elder bugs. I will definitely be buying these again!!

I rated this low because the Mantis eggs never hatched but the ladybugs were fine.

This is the second time I have purchased lady bugs, both times the lady bugs either die or leave not 1 has stayed around. Not sure what I am doing wrong, followed the instructions completely. Maybe I am turning the ladies loose to early in the year. I may try them one more time in the next few days to see what happens. This is the first time trying the Praying Mantis Egg Case. It has been three weeks since I attached these to a couple of trees, have not hatched yet. Instructions said could take up to six weeks. So we will just keep on waiting. At this point not happy with the lady bugs at all, and still waiting on the Praying Mantis to hatch.

Thank you for our order. The praying mantis egg cases and the ladybugs arrived just fine. Per your instructions we put ladybugs in the refrigerator and then when possible with the weather we took them out into a heated room and within fifteen minutes they were active. So exciting to watch. We distributed outside where they would find food. The praying mantis eggs cases we are putting out now. Had a praying mantis baby on my arm when working in the yard and decided to order from you. Thank you very pleased with your company and will reorder again soon.

I ordered the deal earlier in the year with the lady bug/mantis combo. The lady bugs were fine. The mantis casing never hatched and I’m well beyond the 6wks.
