I ordered white medium ones after reading the size chart, even though I am a plus size 44DD gal. At first it was quite a struggle for me to get them placed and smoothed out, but I have figured out what works for me and I hope this might help someone else. I fasten my underwire bra and get it placed except for the straps then turn the bra upside down below my breasts and place the liner in the bra with just a little of the edge of the liner overlapping the base of the bra and making sure the tab part of the pad is in the center. I lean forward and flip the bra up and the pad is usually placed just right and I then straighten it up pulling just a little of the lower edge to make it protrude below my bra. I then pull the sides of the pad smooth under my arms and smooth the tab of the pad up between my breasts then finish putting the bra straps up then lean forward and shake a little to let the breasts fill the bra cups like usual. Be sure to check out the size chart. The little “protrusion” that is supposed to go between the breasts is waaaay too short. I’m a 42DDD and it only comes half way up between my breasts, therefore, I still have breast laying against breast all day and they sweat. This piece needs to be about 2 inches taller and a good 2-3 inches wider to give ME the comfort needed. I can’t imagine how even larger chested women deal with this. I hope the company hears me in this because otherwise I LOVE this product. It keeps the sweat off my bras which saves me money from replacing bras so often due to breakdown of material and they are super soft and I do not have the “dig lines” that I have to peel the bra out of every night.
