A good quality starter fireproof safe box for college kids and up. Big enough for passport, legal papers, car title etc. but will fit under a bed or in a closet easily. Not too heavy to pick up even when full. Comes with 2 keys.

This one being too big for the space that I had, so I had to send it back. That being said, it was very heavy and well-made. I have no doubt that quality of the products used the Safe would easily make it through a fire and protect everything in it. If you’re looking for a smaller safe, this one would be money was spent.

Solid, well built and a good value fore the price/

I love the fact that the safe is heavy and sturdy. It looks rich and I like the fact that it could be camouflaged in the garage, basements or in dark corners... looking like a toolbox. I got this for the fireproof capabilities, not the lock itself. People steal whole ATMs so anyone can easily steal a small safe. When opened up this looks like a big bulky laptop.

We have had one for years,we went thru fire at our home. It kept our important documents safe,a few drops of water got in but not enough to cause any damage.

Great little safe for all the important documents. Got it more for the fire safety than anything else as neighbours have bought e-bikes and the fire hazard scares me that I will lose all my daughters and mine’s important documents. Has a decent amount of space for what I wanted it for.

This is HEAVY and HUGE. Gives peace of mind, but don't expect to be able to put a lot of valuables in it!

Der kleine Master-Lock-Tresor macht außen einen sehr massiven Eindruck, ist überraschend schwer und für seine Größe gut zu verstecken. Er bietet ca. 30 Minuten zertifizierten Feuerschutz bis 843°C und ist für A5‑Unterlagen und Datenträger wie USB-Sticks oder CDs gedacht. Kritisch sind zwei Punkte: Erstens ist der nutzbare Innenraum deutlich kleiner als man bei den äußeren Maßen erwartet – durch die dicke Isolierung bleibt innen nur wenig Platz. Zweitens weist der Hersteller selbst darauf hin, dass es im Inneren bei Feuer/Wasserkontakt feucht werden kann, weshalb empfindliche Dinge (z.B. Uhren mit Lederband, Papierfotos, bestimmte Dokumente) zusätzlichen Schutz in Beuteln brauchen. Der Schließmechanismus mit Schlüssel funktioniert zwar zuverlässig, es gibt aber immer wieder Kritik, dass zusätzliche Schlüssel schwer zu bekommen sind und das Öffnen anfangs etwas hakelig sein kann. Insgesamt taugt die Box als feuer‑ und bedingt wassergeschützte Dokumentenkassette für ein paar wichtige Papiere, ist aber kein vollwertiger, trockener Tresor für sehr empfindliche Wertsachen.
