good but takes getting used to
i wouldn't call it a touch screen, it has a "touch key pad", it stopped working right in the middle of printing a document, took a couple of times to uninstall and reinstall before it started to work again. printed my first document by wifi directly from my phone, very cool, i'm old.

Don’t waste your time on this printer!!
Tryed for hours to bring this computer on line, including bring in two computer/experts & no matter what we found & read & then applied to this printer to print or copy it would not work. P.S. secondary seller didn’t include new or replacement printer ink even tho the the shipping container stated “printer Ink”included. Setup instructions you must go to Epson web site!! Bottom line not a good deal no matter which way you put it, & not worth the anything but a good boat anchor at the bottom of the ocean. Item being returned!!

just what I needed
The product was exactly as described, only took a few minutes to set up. The only thing I didn't like was I had to pay shipping. It is not a Prime product. Although, I am finding more and more things are not Prime. Just like the Prime TV, almost everything costs extra.

Inexpensive Epson printer
I didn’t like the fact that the paper feed in the back had a tendency to get stuck. Otherwise it was easy to set up and use. It prints, faxes and copies. The pages are high quality.

Trouble getting it to print

It works well
Still new, but seems to work well. Fast printing, good quality. It will be interesting to see how long the ink cartridges last.

installation FACILE ET CLAIR!
J’adore l’imprimante, facile d’installation , simple et très belle finition! Je la recommande, beaucoup mieux que les imprimantes Canon.

Great little ink-jet printer
The Epson WF-2850 arrived in a good time and worked well on setup. Lots of downloads to get all of the appropriate software but everything was smooth. Provided you are aware of what you want and buy the printer with the nearest specs to your needs then you ahould be right. This printer met my specs and was what the sales blurb said it was. Happy!

Good copying.
I hate directions that are only pictures because they can be ambiguous. And i had nowhere to play c.d. but with a bit of commonsense it was fairly easy to work out how to set printer up.
