Workforce WF-2850 Wireless All-in-One Printer with Scan, Copy, Fax

The product was exactly as described, only took a few minutes to set up. The only thing I didn't like was I had to pay shipping. It is not a Prime product. Although, I am finding more and more things are not Prime. Just like the Prime TV, almost everything costs extra.

I didn’t like the fact that the paper feed in the back had a tendency to get stuck. Otherwise it was easy to set up and use. It prints, faxes and copies. The pages are high quality.

i wouldn't call it a touch screen, it has a "touch key pad", it stopped working right in the middle of printing a document, took a couple of times to uninstall and reinstall before it started to work again. printed my first document by wifi directly from my phone, very cool, i'm old.

So far I’ve had no issues with it. It’s a little slow but for the price I thought it was a decent printer. That was until I tried to scan something today. After several paper jams or it just not even pulling it thru I was completely over it. I was scanning a simple sheet of straight non creased copy paper and printer said oh no not today boo. I do like the remote print and the other features. Looks like faxing and scanning are you out for me with this “Epson almost all in one.” The interface is annoying also it’s not a touch screen yet it looks like one all lit up and pretty right beside the buttons you have to use that are NOT backlit. That’s a huge pain where I have mine located. I’m blinded by the interface but no light on the buttons I actually need light to see. Update: I have updated the rating to 1 star due to the fact that Epsons technical support is a complete joke. For 2 days I have been trying to get warranty service or a replacement printer. I am currently on the phone with them and its taken so far about 5 minutes to pull up my reference number. Still waiting... They emailed me instructions to perform tech checks then once I completed them I had to call a number for more tech checks. Beware! Oh yay I get to unplug the power cord again.

Still new, but seems to work well. Fast printing, good quality. It will be interesting to see how long the ink cartridges last.

easy to use and install

Works great before I used up the original WF-212 ink cartages. Then I replace all 4 cartages with new ones from Epson. That resulted in "replace the cartages". After a dozen reinstalls, it says "unrecognized code". I gave up and bought another printer. Hopefully I get lucky and the new remanufactured Printer works. I am tired of buying a printer, annually.

I like this one because it's like the other one I have in a southern state and once you are used to it the machine is relatively ready to use

The Epson WF-2850 arrived in a good time and worked well on setup. Lots of downloads to get all of the appropriate software but everything was smooth. Provided you are aware of what you want and buy the printer with the nearest specs to your needs then you ahould be right. This printer met my specs and was what the sales blurb said it was. Happy!

I hate directions that are only pictures because they can be ambiguous. And i had nowhere to play c.d. but with a bit of commonsense it was fairly easy to work out how to set printer up.
