It is a fantastic exterior filler for big cracks.

Q: Can this be used to seal electrical cables going into a back box?

I've used this as a seal on marine applications so probably but don't know for sure.

Q: Can you use this to seal fuel tanks ( kerosene)

Yes it will see liquids and do not think kerosene would be acidic enough to eat through it so yes
