Very authentic vintage looking and fitting bra! Do not expect a modern look or feel! Love this bra!
I love this bra!!! So, what you need to know, if you are just generally looking for the typical bra, you were just randomly shopping and are used to/expecting what you normally find in the "modern" brassiere market-this is NOT the bra for you! However, if you love vintage clothes/vintage lingerie, are looking to recreate those vintage looks/silhouettes of the late 1940's-1950's-early 1960's-this is the one! You will feel as if you're stepping back in time with this one. It will feel stiff, kind of unforgiving when you first take it out of the packaging, but that will soften *a little* upon washing. Vintage bras used to have more of this fabric paneling on the sides and back, which offers support, not like modern bras which have significantly more stretch mesh/power mesh paneling. So, you have to realize this bra will not feel nearly as stretchy as any of your regular, modern bras. This will also tend to result in a tad more back fat spillage, WHICH CAN BE ADJUSTED FOR by order a bigger size. I normally wear a 34 E/F/G (just entirely depends on the manufacturer as to the cup size), so I initially ordered a 34 DD, as that is the largest cup size this brand makes. I instantly fell in love with the authentic vintage fit and look it gives under clothes, the cups will mold you into a very conical/bullet bra/"pointy" look, which is exactly what I wanted. Because there is much less stretch, I was a bit smooshed into the cups, and had that bit of back fat spillage, I am going to order a 36 DD, which I'm sure will take care of these small fit difficulties. I love the wide, U-like curve of the back, makes it more versatile under clothing. And let me tell you, because of the "strapped in" fit, the girls aren't going anywhere! I'm going to order many more of these and wear them while working out/playing golf, etc. I know some were off-put by the straps, but again, this is the way bras used to be made and these adjust like any regular bra, they just aren't tacked in on the ends as you are probably used to, no biggie. And wow, what an affordable price. I'm over the moon!

Worst bra ever wish I could give 0 stars
I bought this bra because I like having a natural look. Push up bras looks artificial, and doesn't show the natural silhouette of how that area should be. The first thing I noticed after opening the package was that the material felt like paper. It is really thin, so I have no idea how they expect that this will provide any support, especially for ladies who are a bit bustier. I didn't want to judge the bra by just looking and touching it, so I decided to wear it to work. The first thing I realized once I had it on was how awkward the straps are. There is nothing to stop the straps from sliding, so your busts (especially if you have heavier busts) will be hanging downwards. It fits extremely badly. The shape this bra gives your busts is extremely pointed. So just imagine having pointy looking boobs that are facing down. I wouldn't purchase this again and wouldn't suggest anyone to get this. The other people who are leaving good reviews, I'm wondering if we got the same bra. Or maybe they did a lot of adjustments to theirs, like sewing the straps shut, so it doesn't slide down every 2 seconds. If I'm purchasing a bra I'm expecting it to be ready to wear. I'm not expecting something I have to sew up and fix several areas on before I could wear it. I'm extremely dissatisfied. I threw it out since I wore it to work and couldn't return a worn item. Save your money folks! Go with a better bra which will be a tad more expensive but better than this junk.

Might be my favorite bra of all time
If you buy this bra you have to understand that this is a vintage style bra. Your boobs will NOT be shaped the way they are in modern bras. They'll be like little torpedos sitting high on your chest. If you're into vintage apparel this is the correct foundation garment and your clothes will fit much better. ALSO--this bra is a feat of engineering. I am 42 years old and have had three thirsty babies. My boobs haven't seen this position since I was 20. No wires! No horrible wires poking me! Yet my boobs are perky! Yes, at first the fabric feels odd, papery somehow. But it's surprisingly comfortable to wear. I don't find myself ripping my bra off the moment I arrive home. I can wear this all day and not hate my life. The straps are adjustable and the excess strap material tucks up into the padded shoulder attachment thingie. I have retired all my wired modern bras in favor of this. If it helps in modern bras I wear a 32dd, I find a 34C in this bra fits best. It's also important to put it on the proper way. You need to lean forward and allow your boobs to fill the cup, adjust, and then stand up straight. Will be buying more of these, solid win!

Timeless, excellent retro bra. Must fit well. MUST.
Either it's 5 star or none with this bra. This is the classic toned-down bullet bra or simply the retro bra I've been hunting down. Support extends to the rib-cage which ALL bras lack nowadays. This particular bra has NO elasticity in the bra straps whatsoever, and only slight elasticity in the back. That is why you must know your true size. You can't wear two different sizes in this bra. The bra fits like a glove and cups the breasts perfectly. I usually alternate between 34C and 36B, but 36B is what I ordered and it is my true fit. 34C is only possible for me if I buy today's bras because of the "stretch". This bra is the FIRST that I can actually SLEEP IN! It's very comfortable. Another GREAT thing about this bra is drying time! Since there is no padding, they dry so quickly!! The perfect travel bra too since they add NO bulk! Now, it's not the prettiest, so it's not something to brag about, but the "fit" is. I LOVE the way my clothes fall on my body since I've had these bras. I put ALL my "other" bras away. I have bras from VS, and department stores. I don't think I'll ever wear them again. Cons: I don't like that I had to "tuck in" the bra strap when I first adjusted it. BUT, I think it's a small inconvenience knowing that I will only do it once. I actually like the pads on the straps and tuck the loose bra strap under it. I purchased six of these particular bras. I love them and will probably stock up.

Not your average bra, but very cute once it works!
This thing is so darling. I normally wear a 38 B. Officially I'm a 36 C, but that doesn't fit me as well. With this bra, since it's not stretchy all the way, I think I can go down a size, the band fit fine, a bit on the loose side. The cups are conical, so they do require "filling" to make it work. Surprisingly, the B cup left some room at the tip, creating a "droopy snoopy booby". I am going to try the A cup, my boobs are more on the snoopyboob shape than round, so a smaller cup might fit me better. The straps are not stretchy, and the "buckle" thingie is plastic. There are mesh panels on the bra. The fabric is "rustling" and soft. Reminds me of old-timey taffeta slips. EDIT: I ordered a cup size and band size smaller. Those work much better. I still need to fiddle and place my girls into the cups. It's quite different than a modern bra, you shape the cup with your boobs, instead of the cup of the bra smushing your boobs into form! These are also surprisingly supportive, I wore this to ballet class under my leotard, when all of my sports bras were in the wash. It was very "The Young Girls of Rochefort". Very chic. This is an interesting bra. It's not perfect for me, the shape and seams leave some wrinkles unless I get my boobs in just right. And if your dress or top is tight, that will smush the cone shape. I had better results with the Bali bra that has an underwire, is more like a modern bra but also gives a cone shape, if not quite as sharp. These kinds of bras make me look skinnier, I feel, and get rid of back muffin tops, too. Work great under anything vintage.

Get your sizing down accurately for this one
The bra definitely creates the perfect 1940s silhouette if that’s what you’re going for, however; the rib cage measurement runs on the slimmer side, so if you are at all needing wiggle room, go a size up and you can adjust down on the clasps. I usually have quite a bit of room in a 36 measurement, but this was on the last clasp and had very little give. That being said, it’s a bra that is true to old school design, therefore there are no wires, so the added support is given. Furthermore, I am a very full c cup, and I did not fill out these cups at all. I had about an inch of fabric to spare in the cup, so if I end up purchasing this item again, I will adjust that measurement. So for instance, I am a 36C, and for the other bras I purchased, that was perfect (I have been fitted professionally), but for this particular item, I would go ahead and order a 38B. Other than that, it truly did feel like I was catapulted back in time to fitting an undergarment made in the ‘40’s, and I’m bummed the sizing was just a tad off. The fabric feels like standard woven cotton, not super luxury soft, but definitely not uncomfortable. Totally functional, seemed totally durable.

Ugh
It feels like paper. It is not true to size. I should of read the reviews. Definitely would not recommend. Sorry I bought it.

Try it, It's a good one!
OMG!!!!!! I finally after going through 10 or more bras, I found this gem! I am a older lady with my ladies heading southbound, if you know what I mean! When I put this on I could not believe how comfortable it is and what it did for the girls. It is so comfortable right ou.t of the box, I couldn't believe it. Not expensive either. I had just about given up. The only thing I wish it had was a front closure, but for all the positives, I take it! Try it ladies, I think you'll be surprised!!
