They had the side boning and stiff support, which I liked. They also had the feeling of a corset. Which I didn't like. So....THIS bra...after much consternation---I purchased one. Same band size and cup size that I had for Orlinas. 36D. When it got here, I was impressed. Very nice fabric, very wide band that comes right up under the axilla (and anybody who complains about that---how are you supposed to reduce pit fat if you don't have control over that area?). Very sturdy shoulder straps. Very soft cups with NO padding---but there is an underwire. The side bands also have one piece of boning but not as stiff as Orlinas.Tried it on. I had to use the furthest hooks...in other words....the smallest "setting". So...that meant I really needed a 36C. I wore the D for a week....and it just....is AMAZING. Comfortable, no digging, no readjusting, full coverage....NO BOUNCING, the girls sit up where they're supposed to be----and NO BACKFAT OR PIT FAT.So....I purchased FOUR MORE in a 36C. OMG. PERFECT FIT. I will never buy a different bra. I may just buy a couple more for safe keeping. Seriously. I have 2 nude, 2 black, 1 white. The white is a perfect tee shirt bra....just perfect.I'm not skinny by any stretch of the imagination---but we all know that back and pit fat doesn't discriminate whether you're 115lbs or 315lbs. I'm talking, being able to wear fitted shirts and bodysuits. I've spent so much money on bras, cheap ones, very expensive ones. And I finally found THE one. This is uplifting and smoothing and so soft. Not sure what the comments about the straps is all about, I have had no issues at all with that. I'm either a 34B or 34C, lean more towards 34C most of the time. And 34B actually fit me perfectly, so I'd say it runs a bit large. I am 135lbs, 5'4, about 31 inches around my chest, but for some reason all bras give me that annoying back fat, but not this one. I highly recommend it!
