Mr. Pen- 24 Inch Flexible Curve Ruler for Drawing, Sewing, Engineering

I'm learning how to sew and I love the stiffness of the ruler. It seems to be of very good quality and I'm happy with the purchase. Also, the seller stands by their products which you don't find nowadays and I love that they value good customer service.

The Mr. Pen flexible curve ruler is a great product. I used it to draw curves in paper that I cut out to glue onto the surface of a painting. Note how the curves are not symmetrical and how the flexible curve ruler made it possible to trace these lines. I didn't see any other tool that provided the accuracy of the specific curve I wanted. I highly recommend this ruler as part of an artist's tool kit. It's sturdy and a good value for the money. I'm sure the accuracy is good but for perfect accuracy in straight lines I use a steel ruler.

Ordered this after watching YOUTUBE video about tailoring slacks. Works as suggested. Glad I ordered.

Handy item for tracing and transferring curved surface lines for cutting. I'm using it to transfer curved interface lines from an existing sidewalk to a 12" x 12" paver area that will lie next to the walkway. Down side of the product is approx 2" of both ends of the ruler are NOT flexible - changing this would make the ruler much easier to use from the end of the ruler, rather than having to work around the deficiency. Other products I looked at had the same issue.

Measures just right!

Works great for getting measurements of a horse’s back! Subsequently, this thing has been living in my tack box for ~5 years and it has held up!

I like the idea, but the rulers have a raised “eyebrow “ which causes a shadow in some lights. This raised edge blocks the view of the numbers which are recessed. You can’t read it looking down on the work surface. You have to bend over and look at it from the side. So if you are trying to keep it on a certain line or curve, it is difficult to keep it in position while bending over. You cannot turn it up where the numbers would be easy to read, it doesn’t Bend. Try to bend it and it causes a ripple to form on the ruler inside the plastic covering.
