Mega Vitamin B-Stress Time Release, 276 VegCaps

We’ve been using SOLARAY Mega Vitamin B-Stress for years now, and while I can’t say it’s turned my nails into talons or given me superhero energy, it’s earned a permanent place in our cupboard—for one very real reason: it helps my husband manage stress and anxiety. That alone makes it a win for us. The serving size is 3 tablets, and yes, they’re on the larger side—but still easy to swallow, especially with a good gulp of water. I’ll include a photo for reference. I was a little worried they’d have that weird supplement aftertaste or funky vitamin bottle smell, but thankfully, they don’t. No noticeable taste or scent, which is a rare bonus in my book, as some smell like dirt. We haven’t noticed much in terms of nail or hair strength, but my husband genuinely feels calmer and more stable when he takes these consistently. That’s enough to keep this stocked in our house. ⭐ Pros: ✔️ Stress Support: Helps reduce anxiety and stress for my husband ✔️ Taste & Smell: No weird aftertaste or scent ✔️ Strength: Balanced blend of B-complex, B12, C, and more ✔️ Value for money: Large 276-count bottle lasts a long time ✔️ Vegan & time-released: Gentle and easy on the system ✔️ Easy to Swallow: Despite their size, they go down smoothly ❌ Minor Con: Serving size is 3 tablets (some may prefer a smaller dose) Color: The tablets are a soft yellow color—not too bright, not chalky looking. Nail strength: Didn’t noticeably improve my nail strength, but results may vary depending on your own levels. Final thoughts: If you’re looking for a clean, no-nonsense B-complex that helps take the edge off daily stress without weird side effects, this one’s a solid pick. It might not grow magical nails, but if it brings peace to your household, it’s worth every capsule.

This product was delivered timely and it is worth the purchase.
