Outside measurements without lid: 6 5/8" long, 4 3/4" wide, 3 1/8" high.

how many ounces do they hold?

I filled one container with water, placed the lid on to ensure accuracy, and then emptied the container into a measuring cup. Using this method, the container held just under 4.5 ounces. This represents the absolute maximum. To ensure so spillage etc., I would count on a full 4 ounces.
