Socks that hold their shape
Great socks that wash well, do not shrink and do not stretch out. Would recommend

Love these socks
As a part time triathlete, these socks are the bomb. I can slide them on wet feet, count on my feet drying quickly and not have the socks retain the moisture, and transition to the run without worrying about blistering. As a mostly runner now, I appreciate the socks being snug but not restrictively tight so my feet do not slide inside the sock and any friction from moving inside the shoe is absorbed by the socks and not my feet. They also breathe well so I don't suffer from burning feet. I've been through so many different types of socks for running and cycling, and for my money these are the best I've found. So much so that I ordered more, even though they're almost like new after 3 months.

My lucky racing socks
I have worn these to all my mtb races around the state. My friends call them my lucky biking socks. Great quality-I do wish they were a little longer.

Turns out Cycling socks are WAY better for cycling than normal running socks
I grabbed a pair of these when someone said that cycling socks are way easier on long rides compared to running socks (like my beloved Balega's), and they were right! Soooo much more comfortable while clipped in over long periods, and I have much less hot-spotting on my feet. These are inexpensive and very worth it. I ordered three more pairs, which is the greatest testimony of all.

Cycling socks for everyone
See pic which compares Defeet to Swiftwick. Both are size Mens Large. The biggest difference is that the Swiftwick is a "compression sock", so it is expected to be a bit smaller to achieve a compression effect. Update: Defeet now offers such compressions socks. Both are good socks. I just want to highlight the size difference. For my size 44 EU sized feet, the Defeet sock is a bit loose on my feet (when new), and the Swiftwick stretches to fit me. 5/12/20 UPDATE: The Defeet socks shrunk down to fit me perfectly. I don't tend to put them in the dryer but every once in a while it happens. These are now my favorite socks. I've probably purchased 25 pairs over the past 6 years and wear them out cycling, I'm a beast on a bike! Nothing lasts forever and I'm pleased with the amount of service each pair provides. And now that I'm working from home these are my everyday socks, casual dress socks, and fun dress socks.
