WOW!! Excellent product. I have been making burgers for 13 years, and this is my first time to find paper that holds up to the patty press, and does not cut the corners off. Excellent product, I will be buying more.

I bought these because every summer we cookout & eat our fair share of BURGERS!! I recommend using a burger press . I have a hamburger press but if you have one you know they can get sticky when making a bunch of burgers & stick to the bottom of the press & getting them out you need to pull them out. These make it so I can put a sheet on the bottom of my burger press, add burger, add 1 sheet on top & I press the burger! Flips right out, can freeze them with the patty papers on them. When we are grilling, I put my burgers on a platter, & at the grill they come off perfectly & you can stack them on the platter since they can't stick! LOVE IT!!

We own a bakery and use these in the half sheet pan size. I love that you can use them a couple of times before having to throw them away. Which is great when you have large cookie orders! makes washing all the pans way easier as well!

I bought this paper for bread baking and was specifically looking for a brand that could withstand high temperatures up to 450°F. The high temperature rating was the main reason I chose this product. I am writing this review after baking three loaves of bread using this paper. Pros for this product: The paper does not stick to the bread and separates from the loaf without any effort from the baker, which is very important if you do not want to damage the bread. It is easy to use, and I like the pre-cut sheets that fit regular-size baking pans well. Cons for this product: It does handle high temperatures, but with some signs of stress — the paper turns slightly brown and burns a little on the baking sheet edges. I would not recommend reusing the paper after high-temperature baking because it may become brittle and crumble. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. It is a good baking paper if you bake at or below 450°F. When I finish this pack, I will probably try another brand and compare the temperature limits.

I love these precut sheets. They are perfect for all my baking needs and I continue to order them again and again!

Does the job. I also use them for a cover on my pan on the stove, top and oven to prevent splattering.

Great with a burger press... keeps the press nice and clean and you can stack and freeze your burgers without a problem. 1100 sheets = 550 burgers with one on top and bottom. Cheep and functional.

arrived on time and in good order. great product plenty of sheets s, also non- bleached so, so will be fine for baking and wrapping food.

My main reason for 5 stars is that this parchment paper is not bleached and non-toxic. Very good quality. The pre-cut sheets are quite large (fits a standard cookie sheet) and they're much easier than fussing with a roll. Nothing really sticks to it. Most things slide right off - water included. Corners don't curl up - it lays nice and flat. It's a large package and will last me a good while. Very happy with them!

They are great for my smaller baking trays and they do not stick so brilliantly. I’m very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be buying again.
