It's compact. The extra blades are a plus. It does a thorough job.

I bought Amazon Basics Window Squeegee for $4.80 on June 4, 2025. The squeegee works fine and it does a great job at both cleaning and removing water from my glass / windows / tiles. It is comfortable to hold, and I like that the handle is removable. I also love that it comes with two extra blades, and so I am happy that this works well and has enough parts to last a long time. Basically, this thing does what is it designed to do. On the negative side, it is rather small, so I wish it were a bit bigger. I would not knock off any stars because of that though.

I have been using quite a number of squeegees from different manufacturers. But I wasn’t happy with any of them. The blades typically started to separate from the squeegee body within a few months. My current one, a new unit, left water marks on the shower glass, requiring me to do a double take of the same areas. All of these squeegees came with non-replaceable blades. Admittedly these items are not built to last. With the blade breaking off from the main body of the squeegee, I had no choice but to throw it away, even though the squeegee was still good to use. Thus, adding more trash to landfills . So, I tried to find other products with replaceable blades. Initially I could not find any on Amazon.. Then a few days later, Amazon sent me a buy suggestion about this Amazon Basic squeegee with 2 spare replaceable blades. I immediately jumped at this and without thinking much, ordered 2 units, that came with 4 spare blades. The blades are very soft. I ran my fingers along the edge of the blade and noticed that there were some unevenness on the edge, probably due to packing. Nevertheless I gave it a try. This Amazon Basic squeegee amazes me, it wipes clean, without leaving water marks behind, I’m glad that Amazon made this quality item at affordable prices. I hope the blade will last for a few months, before needing replacement. I shall give an update by the end of the year. For now, I’m giving 4 ****. RECOMMENDED 👍

Simple basic squeegee, works fine. I use it after washing my car, to avoid spots on the windows.

Works great for cleaning the inside of my car windows. Silicone edge is soft and forms to the shape of widows and windshield well.

This would be a great squeegee if the rubber blade would stay in place. The blade moves freely making it a pain to use.

Great squeegee for the money. I’ve used to the clean out doors and windows around the house. It’s big enough to tackle those jobs while being small enough to stow away when not in use. The cushioned handle is a great plus. Also came with refills when you need to swap it out which is nice and easy to do.

While removing water from car it leaves behind lots of streaks. Not much useful.

Tuve varias espátulas de este tipo y esta me ha resultado la mejor con un diseño muy acertado para su funcionamiento y mi comodidad. Hoy, ya en mayo de 2026, todavía la sigo utilizando diariamente, si bien es verdad que desde hace dos o tres años ya trabaja con el labio de respuesto. Por último, el neopreno del mango acusa bastante su uso, pero el rendimiento por funcionalidad, duración y coste es excelente. Repetiré sin duda.
