HPH-50B Compact Closed-Back Headphones, Black

I bought these Yamaha headphones primarily for practicing piano without disturbing my neighbors, and they’ve been a great fit for that purpose. The sound is clear and balanced for digital piano practice — I can hear dynamics and tone well enough to focus on expression without it feeling harsh. They’re very lightweight, which makes a big difference during longer sessions. With some other headphones I’ve tried in the past, my head would start to feel tired or pressured after about an hour. With these, I can practice comfortably for much longer without discomfort. For the price, they offer solid performance and comfort. I’ve even recommended them to a friend who was looking for affordable headphones for home music practice. A practical and reliable option if you need something simple and comfortable.

Excellent for the price! Bass is noticeable for bass lovers but still has an excellent balance with mid and high when tested on a YouTube video - so if you don't like too much bass but you want just the right amount for a smooth blend, this was great at that. Spent about 3-5 hours playing the PS5 with the headset connected and the sound quality is just as excellent with no discomfort to my ears after keeping them on for so long. In PUBG, the headsets drastically improved my ability to tell the direction from which shots were fired (whether at me or if players were shooting at each other some distance away from me. Comes with a gold tip 1/4 jack making it possible to be used on musical instruments. I tested it with my Roland Juno DS and the sound was really clean, rich and balanced. In fact, the quality was even better for my keyboard then it was for the PS5 and recorded music playback test. Great buy!

I purchased these headphones for my instrument, but switched to using them for audio and video listening on my computer. They lasted three years of daily use for me. I was satisfied with the sound quality for both for live instrument playing and regular audio listening.

I got these to use with my keyboard. They are perfect. The fit is comfortable and the sound is really good. On an earlier review, somebody said the cord is 10' long-NOPE. IT'S 6.5".... Perfect length once you plug it into the back of your instrument and bring it around to where you sit. It leaves me enough slack to move when I play,but not so much that it's in the way or that I get tangled up in it. I really like it.

ヤマハの白色と言う事で気に入って購入致しました。思っていたよりも小さめですが軽くて良いです。 同時購入したヘッドホンアンプで使います。 まだ使い初めですので音に関してはさすが楽器メーカーと言うところで結構良い音だと思いますが、エイジング（慣らし）が進めばもっと良くなる事を期待したいです。 取説は輸出がメインなのか日本語は保証書の所に少々です。 接続コードはミニのL型で標準プラグのアダプターも付いておりました。

Bonne résolution et équilibre de l’ensemble (brillance, médium et basse) pour une utilisation sur clavier Yamaha ou module et accordéon Roland. Poids très léger pour passer des heures et des heures d’écoute. Casque fermé pour entendre seulement que la musique et surtout pas les bruits extérieurs autour de nous. Assez content de mon achat.

Me compré los HPH-50 después de que se me rompío el cable de los HPH-150. Los HPH-50 son también ligeros, cómodos y el cable es largo. El sonido es claro y uniforme. A este precio son (casi) geniales para tocar un piano digital. Pero... como he dicho me los compré para reemplazar los HPH-150 que usaba antes y la verdad es que después de pasar un día con los HPH-50, volví a comprarme otros HPH-150. El sonido de los HPH-50, aunque sea claro y uniforme, notablemente carece de graves o bass, lo que hace que el sonido sea más seco y electrónico. Como el sonido de los pianos digitales ya es algo seco y electrónico, pues los HPH-50 aumentan esa sensación. Por otro lado, los HPH-150 tienen más bass y ablandan el sonido haciendolo por mí menos seco, menos electrónico y mas placeroso en general. Además el sonido de los HPH-150 es algo más abierto y te da mejor sensación de que viene desde el piano. Mi consejo para ti es probar los dos modelos si puedes y si los HPH-150 no están fuera de tu presupuesto.
