Worth paying the extra money for quality. So far have used the blender for smoothies, slicing blades for veg, and the processing bowl for cakes and they've all come out perfectly. Simple to use and easy to clean. Product looks well made, and durable. Quite noisy but not a problem. Would definitely consider buying other products in the Ninja range.

Buying this processor what the best decision I made, I got it during the spring day and so what discounted making the value good for me. I love everything about it and it make cooking and baking enjoyable for me. It makes chopping tomato, onion and other veggies easy, no leakage when closed. Blends really good and fast

EDIT the clips on the bottom of the units broke and they are not replaceable so you need to buy another. Won't be buying ninja products again. I have many ninja products in my house, this one does not get anywhere near as much use as the others. " months before warranty expired I had an issue with the base where the safety detection would stop the processor. It was completely random as the base did not actually move. 9 Days after warranty run out I finally figured out it must be the safety catch. I am in talks with ninja to see if there is anything I can do. Otherwise I have a £200 doorstop. The food processor unit is great it would be better if it had a cream attachment (if you have never had one of these it churns double cream in seconds.) The options on the base for different chop styles etc are all pretty decent. Used the slicer for gherkins, onions and cucumbers mainly. Tried loads of different veg for it and these were the best. I prefer to grate carrots rather than slice. Easily make home made salsa and fresh veg prepped ready for dinner time. The bullet type cup I never really used. Blender got occasional use but no where near enough for me to judge. Overall I would possibly buy a different brand completely due to the cost of this compared to others. The only thing this has going for it is the different modes for blender/processing.

This is Top Class in Food Processing We’ve had plenty of mid-range ones , yes they do the job for a while, but soon ( well I ) find problems. Decided, for a Chef in kitchen Xmas treat - this. Absolutely Brilliant !!! Strong, Robust, Quality ( you can see and feel). Buy in whatever sequence u prefer too The power is 👍 There’s loads of options on how you want things chopped ( and it’s done !) You Must be careful about the blades because of the quality of machine, they’re also 5*. Be careful !

Why is Amazon advertising this item on Amazon Australia? IT CANNOT BE USED IN AUSTRALIA. I bought this item from the Australian site and now cannot use it. It comes with a UK power plug and is designed for UK voltage (230V). Australia uses 240V, but the main issue is the frequency: the BN800UK is designed for 50Hz, while Australia also uses 50Hz. However, the BN800UK is designed for 230V 50Hz, and using it with an adapter to plug into a 240V 50Hz outlet in Australia might work, but it's not recommended or guaranteed to be safe or reliable. You cannot use it simply using an adapter. You need a a step-down voltage converter, which are pricey. Not good enough Amazon.
