I have an extensive home gym with Rogue Fitness equipment and other quality items. This bar is really good for working the lats and is a great addition to my gym. I have never used these types of bars before. As a result, my back muscles were sore ( in a good way) the next day from the workout with this bar. It provides good rage of motion and it feels real good in your hands. I think it's a good investment

Nice, but so so heavy

This handle is a great addition to my lat pulldown exercises. The neutral grip on the bar really works my biceps and lats. I leave the gym and my arms are wasted. I’m going to order the 33” one vary soon. A wide lat pulldown bar is really good but you have to use a pronated or supinated grip with it. This bar makes you use a neutral grip. which is awesome. Order one and try it for your self. You won’t regret using this bar.

Looks well made, the gripping is awesome, it fits perfect in my hands, perfect for me, I am 6 ft 5 in tall ,with big hands, and it feels perfect and also is better for the isolation of the muscle you working on.
