Great quality
Very good quality, much better than expected. Was I little worried because it had no reviews, but very pleasantly surprised at the end. Thick, good quality board, stack of blank cards for property, community chest and chance cards, printable self adhesive A4 sheets, printable multi colored money paper, cute tokens (pleasant colors), houses, hotels and 2 dices. I myself am not planning to color the board itself. I've decided to print a board out (self made for my favorite TV show) and glue it in. So I can't help you with how good does it handle markers. But based on its quality, I'd say it would do good. Have fun

CHANDLEROPOLY WAS A SUCCESS!
I WILL KEEP BUYING THESE! I purchased the Make Your Own Opoly set to create a custom game for my husband and I. It was to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. I used the money templates from Apostrophe and custom made the money, the chance/community chest cards, the board and the box. This set is absolutely perfect! The only thing I wish was different was if it was thicker paper for the money and cardstock so I could print the cards and then cut them into card size. But both of those are easy to adjust on your own too!

Need to be artzy
I think this product only was successful because our organization had an art department. You need to be a bit artzy and a bit techy for this kit. Final product turned out well but we worked with a professional artist for an office going away gift.

Fun project if you have computer skills and printer
Fun idea, but It takes a lot of computer work and printer ink to play. I like the uniqueness but not the time it takes to get it set up.

The product arrived as described and within delivery time. If you want a blank opoly game to develop on your own I recommend the seller, cause in my case it couldn't have gone any better. 5 stars.

Perfectly line in with my vision
Like: leave room for your creativity Dislike: took forever to put together and not easy to replace if mess up as you don't provide backup as most kit I thought would especially for a serious product like this but maybe you didn't because most people do design template on computer before finishing up with your product?
