Euro-Notions Universal Machine Needles

I like to have a good supply of sewing machine needles on hand. Works well with my machine. Good value

These are my favorite brand of sewing needles. I can use them in my Janome sewing machine and Babylock serger, so I like finding such a good price on the multi-size 10 pack of universal needles. For most of my sewing needs, universals work just fine. I also keep the ballpoint, twin and leather needles from this brand on hand. I have never gotten a "bad" needle out of a new pack from this brand due quality control issues, so I love stocking up when the price is right. This particular purchase was part of a gift with a serger for a close relative. She was super thrilled to be able to open the box and have needles and cones of serger thread in basic colors to start any project she chose without having to run to a local store to look for the correct size needle. For anyone considering giving a sewing machine as a gift, buying this pack of multi-size needles is a thoughtful way to allow the recipient to enjoy their gift right away.

I only use Schmetz needles in my home sewing machines. They are consistently excellent in quality & eliminate lots of headaches due to broken thread, etc. Have bought this assorted pack several times as it is very convenient. I keep a pack at every machine.

I have a Viking sewing machine and they can be pretty finicky to try to get things to fit properly. So I did a lot of searching and came across these needles. Why did I doubt Schmetz? They fit fine. In the package you get 4-70's; 4-80's and 2-90's. They are nice and sharp seem to be holding up just fine. They are made by Schmetz in India, distributed by a company in Chicago, for those of you wondering country of origin. They are universal which means they will work on a variety of fabrics. Even if you use the wrong needle for the type of fabric, like I have done, they endure through the torture. A great company!

Exactly what I needed.

Shmetz needles are my go-to needles for my sewing machine. They fit most any type of machine and they hold up well also. I have tried other needles before, including singer needles, and they just don't have the quality of schmetz. This pack has 10 needles in 3 different sizes. These 3 sizes are the most commonly used sizes. the 70/10 is great for lighter weight fabrics and sewing with nylon thread. the 80/12 is great for medium weight fabrics and the 90/14 works well for heavier weight fabrics and even paper piercing. I sew a lot, everyday pretty much for my business and these needles hold up the best.

There is not much to say here. I have these needles on my subscribe and save. I have them delivered regularly because they are a staple for anyone who sews. If you sew, you need to have this pack of needles.
