These are my favorite wasa crackers. They are crunchy and satisfy my afteroon craving for something crunchy. They are low calorie but high fiber and make a nutrious snack. They are low calorie but high fiber and make a nutrious snack. They don't have a lot of flavor, so work well with any spread. I usually spread goat cheese or peanut butter on them and drizzle with a tiny bit of honey but they are also good spread with hummas, guacamole, or black bean dip.

Looking for a low calorie, crunchy snack item, I decided to try these crackers / crisp bread. The expiration date is 4 months out but I won't have to worry about that because I'll eat them all by then. The flavor is fairly neutral, but really shines when combined with a little cheese, hummus, sausage, etc. I like to use a little cream cheese on them for a quick snack. These are not salty and that leads to the neutral flavor. They do satisfy that need for a small, crunchy snack without being an unhealthy option. They do have a good texture to them and do not turn into paste in your mouth (like some crackers can do).

As a diabetic, i.e. insulin resistant, as a majority of Americans are I’m always looking for Grain products that are low in carbs. The first three ingredients listed are whole-grain, rye flour, rye sourdough, oat flakes; Has 3 grams fiber, And only eight net carb grams perWasa crisp. I give this product 4 stars Because of the healthy aspect although, it has almost no flavor and has the texture of baked tree bark. They are good with soups and stews if you want something crunchy that’s also healthy. They’re also good with any kind of cheese, peanut butter, cream, cheese, or host of other things.
