The entire process has been easy to follow and a pleasant experience with the SmileCareClug. I had to retake my impressions and they were very helpful in advising me how to make changes at home to do them correctly. I'm in my second set of aligners currently and I have 2 case workers assigned to me that email me when it's time to change to the next aligners. They are also available if I have any questions or concerns, as well as the toll-free phone number, which I have called for help. Everyone has been perfectly professional and helpful when I contact them. I would definitely recommend the SmileCareClub to friends (which I have already done). They even give you a free set of retainers if you refer someone and they purchase their own aligners. I have had consults with local orthodontists in my home town, and they could not touch the price that SmileCareClub gave me. My son is in regular metal braces currently and even with a small discount they offered there, it was no where near what I got at SmileCareClub. Good luck to anyone that tries them.
