Useful but the apeture is a bit tight

On a Cruse comforting to know that your ID card and Driving licence is safe hanging round your neck.

Oh good for the job

Didn’t realise at first but the plastic holder has openings on each side. Cannot find any information on how the small additional attachment with string attached is used. Anyone any ideas?
