Review: Very nice medicine ball for cross training! - We've tried some other same type of medicine balls. Surface of those ball was very smooth. This particular medicine ball and very rubbery surface, which gives you very good grip when holding it or throwing it. However, if used ( for throwing) for too long (over 1h) it could develop blisters on your finger tips due to the grip it provides you with. Smooth surface ball is another option, but it can very easily slip our of your hands and if you are too tired you may drop it on yourself. Medicine balls with smooth surface requires more holding power from your fingers, which also adds unnecessary strain on your hands. We prefer using this medicine ball, having good grip and finish continuous exercising routines with it within 1 hour.

Arrived quickly. Exactly what you see is what you get. Very well made product. Held up to a barrage of attacks from my large dog. She didnt puncture or peel back any of the rubber thankfully. No they weren't meant for her. They have a good surface and are easy to grip which is a must for wall ball and trunk twists. Highly recommend these ones!
