Came in flawless condition. Packaged very well. Zero defects. The 2.5” extension is actually a double ended male short cord. This gives you many opportunities for different configurations. You have a female splitter and a short double ended male cord.

Worth the extra money to get gold plated connectors. Fit my DECT 25 yr old Panasonic, pricy at the time, female jack in the back multi-feature unit , like very well easy to use. I bet when people call with hard to her voices, this will sharpen the clarity. Solid product for sure and will stand long term abuse and tugging.

Thank goodness! I tried some other units with longer cords (like 5-5.5") and they all induced a delay in passing along rings to attached devices. This one, with a 2" cord, works as I hoped it would. I cannot say if the cord length was the cause of the problem. But there isn't that much going on in these. So I guessed that might be it. So far, so good!

Worked as expected! Extension is nice so that it did not put extra weight on the wall mount jack.

So, I bought a retro classic phone off of Marketplace for $25, I love it, it's silver and I wanted it, and then I got phone service through Vonage just so I can be able to use the phone, I bought a 50 foot cord just so I can walk around with the phone hanging off my ear, like in HS, MS, Elementary School. Anyway, the downside is that the box that connects to the wi-fi is downstairs, so I needed this splitter and bought cordless phones so that we can take the stairs to our room. It works perfectly, and I'm extremely happy. I have sent my new home number to friends and family so they can call me; I'm out of cell phone range.

I liked that the splitter came in two parts with the splitter and cord as separate parts. That makes it easier to use a longer telephone cord if needed.
