Erno Laszlo Active Phelityl Intensive Cream, 1.7 Fl Oz

I bought this cream because my skin was flaking & dry after my chemical peel this week. I have pretty sensitive skin and a history of acne so I’m always weary about what I use on my face, but this product worked like magic ! After putting it on ONE night, and waking up in the morning I had absolutely no dry skin anywhere on my face & not a flake in sight. -the cream feels heavy & almost Vaseline-like but I guess that’s part of the magic. After all, Marilyn Monroe was known to use Vaseline on her face and her skin was flawless. I highly recommend this cream to anyone looking to moisturize & dry skin relief.

I love this product because it makes my face look so much brighter and younger. I really don't have deep wrinkles, but I have that dark older skin look when I don't use the cream. I wash my face and then put on the cream a few hours before going out to let it work it's magic. After applying my makeup, I seem to look 10-15 years younger. It really makes that much difference when you are over 50. I'm not sure what it would do for younger skin because I just started to use this about 6 months ago. You need to apply it daily to look great every day, but it only takes a few minutes to apply. It is a little greasy so I bought their lighter day cream because of the warm weather, but it doesn't compare to this older type cream.

I bought this because I read Marilyn Monroe used this cream. I adore everything about this amazing product! My skin has become even in color and baby soft, with no more dark circles under my eyes. My face and neck look years younger and I dont know how I ever got by without it. I've never known another cream to moisturize so well and the smell is heavenly...reminds me of my childhood somehow. I'll be using this for life!

Do not buy this product, I bought it by mistake, it’s not the same formula as original Erno Laszlo phelityl night cream. It’s so thick and oil! and make you skin feel so heavily. The original cream is a matte finish look and this one is like put oil all over your skin. Guess what, the first ingredient is petrolatum! It’s such a cheap ingredient, the cost for this cream may be less than $5? It do moisture your skin, but a $1 vaseline can do it too! Save your money on this!

Just as greasy and heavy as it was when I used to buy this back in the 70's. But your skin will be moist in the morning. It used to be yellow. Incidentally, I once duplicated this by mixing lanolin from the drugstore, Vaseline, and olive oil until it was the same consistency of the Phelityl cream. It did the same thing for pennies.

I bought this for my mother, and not a day goes by that she doesn't comment on how great it feels on her face. Also, I can see the effects already though she's only had it for a week. She looks great and many of her fine lines have diminished. She's now donning a healthy glow where her complexion was quickly becoming dull and faded. This stuff is heavy and thick; it comes with a tiny spoon for scooping it out, and takes so little of it to cover an entire face that I expect it'll last a year which is certainly something to consider when contemplating the cost. Plus, it made my mom really happy, so for me, it was worth every penny!

Beware. This is a super thick cream that is almost like grease. If you put it on in the morning, you’ll most certainly be blotting a lot of it off since it so thick and grease like. Your skin will be shiny and grease-like, too. You would likely only use this cream at night due to that. TBD on how the product works… testing it out for a few days… but may return since it’s too thick and not a good morning/day cream.

This is my favorite Lazlo product. I have been using it every day since 1975. My skin is very sensitive and cannot use many products, especially ones with scent. Ernie Lazlo Active Phelityl Cream is the best. I use it on my lower eyelids, mouth, neck and around my knuckles and cuticles. My skin looks less wrinkled than most people my age.

This product is quite rich and thick and it feels extremely nourishing on my skin. It leaves my face looking really glowy and super nourished. I use just a small amount and it goes a long way. I really love it!

Ja, auch mich hat der MM-Mythos dazu bewogen diese Creme haben zu wollen... Und der Zauber wirkt. Der Duft der Creme erinnert wirklich an frühere Zeiten, sehr süßlich und schwer, man kann sich das gut vorstellen, dass so etwas früher vollkommen „hip“ war. Die Creme ist sehr fettig, man sollte keine fettige Haut haben. Das hab ich auch nicht und mir tut diese Creme gut. Nachts verwende ich sie oder zwischendurch wenn sie spannt oder sich trocken anfühlt. Eine kleine Mundfalte ist fast verschwunden, seitdem ich die Creme benutze (ca. 3 Wochen). Für Füße etc. Würde ich sie nicht nehmen, dazu ist sie wirklich zu teuer. Eine gute Investition in das eigene Gesicht. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Aunque viene que se puede usar en cualquier momento, la consistencia es casi de vaselina, así que la dejo para las noches. Viene con una palita para poder sacar la crema del envase, de manera más higiénica. Con muy poco producto hidratas mucho, creo que me durará una eternidad!!

This cream is really oily and rich. I like it as it does work the next morning feels nice and soft but can only use before bedtime.
