Review: good quality little hard but i think because it is not the season. I am pleased anyways - this products was used to make a middle eastern stuffed egg plant after it is boiled then sprinkled with coarse salt for 2 days to loode all the liquid then if is filled with walnut red pepper paste little garlic then pickled in a jar filled with olive oil and left for 2 weeks then you can enjoy it with pita bread
