What is the expiration date on the this product? We love to use, just don't use it that often. Shelf life of a year or later?

I keep it in the freezer and it seems to keep just fine My package had an expirary date about 6 months out.

this is not the yeast-type of levening agent, this replaces the baking powder-type with fadt rising. And this is for cakes, biscuits and sweet stuff as it has vanilla flavour already incorporated (not for savory stuff)

This is not yeast- it's the equivalent of italian baking powder- a wonderful product but it's not yeast. for yeast look for paneangeli mastro fornai

If it says Lievito, it certainly is yeast. Paneangeli does however make many products including a baking powder.
