This is an amazing meter for the price - it is a full function meter and i have used this damn thing every day since i bought it. It does have a thick rubber bumper case, which is the same colour as the unit making it look huge - but its actually very robust. I have drop tested thins (by accident) more than once and its done no harm.The only let down is the screen - bright and clear indoors, it can be difficult to read under bright light. I so wish this was a standard black text on a white background. I may remove the polariser and swap it around to see if that works.Internals are as per the photos, good quality components and well fused.But, in saying that. ITS FRICKING CHEAP - so i can live with that. Testing shows it well within tolerances and matching my bench meter.Buy it.

Comes well packaged with everything you need to get started straightaway including battery’s.i picked this meter as it has the full range of items i need to measure and comes with a 36-Month after sale serviceit has 2 modes manual and auto, in manual you select the type of measurement , ohms for example and it will auto rang the reading this is really useful if your trouble shooting a circuit as you don’t have to keep switching.The main probes are good quality , but the temp prob is just a thermistor on some wire so not greatThe read out is nice an clear with analogue and digital scales and alerts you if your probes are connected incorrectly.The non contact voltage testing is a great feature and something I use a lot , its nice to have it integrated in to single meter so I don’t have to have 2 tool with me when working. The lights also a nice addition and is bright.Over all a capable meter with a good range of measurements and some nice additional feature i would highly recommend this meter

I've been using this product for a month and overall am happy with the purchase given the price of the unit.Looses a star due to the negative points below, which to be fair are common to some other equivalent multi-meters at this price.Positives:* Auto-ranging is very useful and finds the right range quickly* Not too bulky (protective case can be removed to further slim it down)* Alert on leads being connected to the wrong terminals very useful* Not come across any issues with accuracy* Probes seem good quality (you'll need a finer set for circuit work, but fine for general use - they are standard connectors so can be easily replaced)Negatives:* The auto-power off feature is set to turn off too quickly, especially when using it for circuit measurements where it spends time with no input* The bleep on change mode/press anything unfortunately can't be disabled, and is quite distracting!* Using this meter predominantly for DC electronics I frequently need to switch between the auto-ranging settings for voltage and amperage, which are unfortunately at the opposite sides of the rotary dial. This means you have to click 180 degrees to switch between the two which is a bit of a pain* Display is harder to read at wider viewing angles than a standard LCD, but clearer when near straight on - so how much of an issue that is depends on your typical environment of use.This product appears to be a re-branded version of the Neoteck True RMS 9999 which is also listed for purchase but at a differing price point, so adds to confusion when trying to compare products.

This is a truly excellent multimeter. Having used various makes through the years this is outstanding. Fast, accurate enough for all normal tasks and with features that you would normally only find on expensive instruments. The instruction booklet, translated from Chinese, is a bit weird in places but for anyone who has used multimeters before, it is fairly obvious. The only, very small, niggle, is the that no croc clips are provided for the probes. However, as the input sockets are universal, if you have previous probes, they will fit.A great value buy and with next day delivery, what could be better.

Bought as a replacement for an old worn out multimeter, very useful.

Good quality, easy to read, excellent value for money just as good as your named expensive multimeter a couple of good features on it that I've only seen on more expensive ones.I would recommend to others if you don't want to spendMega money but want the same or similar features then this is the one for you.

Great features. Haven't had a chance to play with all the options, but seems well made & great value. I don't have a facility to test accuracy but it's giving me readings that seem about right.Temperature probes are a very nice feature and unusual to have at this price point.

While the meter is well made with good functionality.The screen is highly reflective, this coupled with the very dim back light makes reading the meter very difficult.As a result I have been forced to return it, which is a pity.
