Good for hard water
The RiverSoft Shower Filter is really good for hard water. It makes the water soft and has different spray options. The mist mode feels very nice. It looks stylish and easy to install. Great product!

Good product under budget
This is my second buy after using for almost 3 months. Good product. Scaling on tap and bucket is reduced. No more skin and scalp irritation after shower. I don't have a device that measure hardness of water, but it is definitely reducing it by some amount.

River soft filters.
An excellent product. Gives clean water. Even water flow in the tap increases. Great customer service. When my taps dod not fit the filter they replaced the taps also for free. I had purchased 3 numbers. Will strongly recommend.

TDS doesnt change
TDS of water doesnt change, is the definition of hard water different for this product? if nit then dont call it a softner. its just a shower head and nothing else

Good concept and technology. Questionable quality
Almost all products in this category are having plastic body with chrome plating. Filter is costing Rs. 500/- that means that for the plastic body, we are paying Rs. 1,000/-. In this amount, they can easily provide steel or metal body. Deducting 2 stars for this. Technology wise, it's almost same as prefilter so it will work in similar manner.

It really works as mentioned, if your regular water supply consists of muddy water or contaminated with dirt particles it filters very well and purified water looks very crystal clear so its very good to use for hair/face wash worth the price paid Also to mention as much as the product quality their customer care is really good , if the product doesn’t fit with tap model or any issues faced during usage when contacted their support number mentioned in package they are are really friendly understands your concern and they guide until issue is resolved Both the product and their cx service is too good

Product us good, but no adapter included.
No adapter, got one from a local shop. The adapter type depends in your tap. You might need a plumber, if you don’t have experience in handling these.

Nice product
Very helpful product and after sale service was tremendously very good. I have used for a month and got to know it really works well. Please go for it. Check the cartridge after a month you will get to know how beautifully the product is workings
