This product was a lifesaver after double jaw surgery and artificial joint replacement it’s really well priced and durable. You can use it frozen for cold or you can pop it in the microwave for heat plus it comes with two extra inserts for alternating use. I loved the shape&fit of this product It fits the natural shape of the jaw/face better because of the cut out in the middle opposed to others I’ve tried in the past ! the Velcro is great and sticks to any surface of the pack that allows for the ranges of swelling,. Lastly it’s soft and does not irritate your skin!

Very helpful product! The extra set of ice packs makes it easy to swap out and always have one on hand! Easy to put on and stays in place. Soft fabric and strong Velcro.

Must have for tonsillectomy, lived in this thing for days. Ice doesn’t stay super cold long but the second set helps that. Easy to use and pretty soft and comfortable.

Amazing product. The ice packs freeze really fast and since there are 4 packs I always have 2 frozen. It has been super helpful for my wisdom teeth removal recovery. I would definitely recommend this product for pain relief and swelling after dental surgery!! The Velcro really helps it stay in place and stay tight on your face. It comes with instructions for heating and freezing so it will be great for the whole healing process!!!

Get my wisdom teeth taken out next week and figured I’d order my own head wrap for it since the place doesn’t have very good ones. Seems like it will be pretty good hopefully not too tight after procedure! Will update if I can! UPDATE- I personally like this one! It says cold for a while for me I haven’t heated them up and prob won’t honestly but it has kept my swelling down along w propping my head up at night!

This is exactly what you need to recover from wisdom teeth extraction. The second set of inserts is perfect for rotating in and out of the freezer, and when you need to switch from cold to warm compresses, you can easily heat them in the microwave. When my oldest had his wisdom teeth out, I listened to the oral surgeons, advice, and froze a bunch of wet washcloths. That was a terrible idea, a soggy mess, and didn't work! The poor kid ended up with freezer packs tied around his face with a scarf. Don't do this! Sometimes there is a right tool to do a job and this is it. Don't second second-guess yourself, just buy it.

This was perfect for my daughter’s post wisdom teeth extraction surgery. It was easy to use, adjustable to fit her face as needed depending on swelling without it ever feeling too tight. With 4 separate ice packs I was able to re-freeze 2 as the other 2 were being used. I never felt like I didn’t have one cold enough, it was perfect. Absolutely helped with swelling and pain relief! I cannot recommend more! If your kid is having their wisdom teeth removed, buy this!!

J’ai acheté ces poches de chaud/froid suite à l’extraction des dents de sagesse de mon fils. La taille est parfaite pour s’adapter au visage, elles restent bien en place et procurent un vrai confort. En version froide, elles réduisent rapidement le gonflement et les douleurs, et en version chaude, elles aident à détendre les muscles après quelques jours. Nous les utilisons depuis régulièrement. Le fait de pouvoir les réutiliser est très pratique et économique.

They only stay cold for about 20 minutes, but 20 min on 20 off is was the oral surgeon told me to rotate. Having two sets made it perfect and I just threw the extra set in a cooler full of ice in a ziplock for overnight the first night.
