**Q: how do you use it, you just add it to the ingredients or you have to saute it or something?**
A: You soak it in water and then fry it with a bit of olive oil before adding it to your stew.

**Q: How do make your sabzi ghormeh with this? i have seen recipes for making it with fresh herbs, but not dried. does anyone have a great recipe to share?**
A: I do it the same way I use the fresh . Just the dry instead !

A: I use half the bag and it feeds up 7-8 people.  I soak it in cold water.
