A: Each base is 2lbs 7oz

**Q: If used on a gym floor do these create suction with floor like a plunger to stay in place if hit or will they just get knocked around and fall?**
A: They will not Crete suction like a plunger. The base is heavy and provides stability to the pole, allowing for some very little contact with the athlete

I use this item to train my daughter in soccer drills and it does the job! The product includes a nice carry bag to store the poles and base, making it easier to bring to the pitch. I worry that the poles may eventually break or bend with frequent contact but hasn't happened yet. I searched for agility poles and this item was in my price range and decided to purchase. So far, the item has been a great tool for soccer and definitely recommend!
